Payments

The instalments of each sign-up (deposits, balance payments and extras) are in its details, in the Payments (Płatności) section. You pay by bank transfer.

An item with unpaid instalments has a tag with the amount on the start screen and in the category view, e.g. "to pay: 1 200 zł" (do zapłaty: …). Click the item to see the instalments and the bank transfer details.

Payments section

Next to the heading there is a summary: "to pay" (do zapłaty) with the amount, or "everything paid" (wszystko opłacone). Instalments to pay come first, then booked ones:

• an instalment to pay: name, due date (e.g. "by 17.10", do 17.10, or "on pick-up 19.10", przy odbiorze 19.10), amount, the "to pay" (do zapłaty) tag and the Pay (Zapłać) button;
• a booked instalment: name, the note "booked" (zaksięgowane) with the date, amount and the "paid" (opłacone) tag.

With a partial payment the instalment stays to pay with the amount still missing. When the sign-up has no instalments, the section shows "No payments for this item." (Brak płatności w tej pozycji.).

The number of instalments and their due dates depend on the item. Usually it is:

• a deposit, a few days after signing up;
• a balance payment before the start.

You see the same schedule in step 4 of the sign-up wizard (Online sign-up). Extras added later are added to the next payment.

The Details (Szczegóły) section of a course or trip also shows the Payment status (Stan płatności): how much of the total you have paid.

Bank transfer details

Pay (Zapłać) next to an instalment expands the Bank transfer details (Dane do przelewu) block below the list: Recipient (Odbiorca), Account number (Numer konta), Transfer title (Tytuł przelewu) and the Amount (Kwota) of that instalment. A second click collapses it.

Three bank accounts

The centre has three bank accounts. The account number depends on the type of item:

The website always gives the correct number for a given instalment. If instead of a number you see "The Office will provide the account number." (Numer konta poda Biuro.), write to the Office before paying.

Transfer title

The transfer title is the sign-up number and your last name, e.g. Z-2026-0016 Kowalska. The sign-up number starts with "Z-". The website gives a ready title; copy it without changes and the Office will quickly match the payment to your sign-up.

Transfer the instalment amount from the Bank transfer details block.

Payment confirmation

The Office confirms a bank transfer once it has been booked; until then the booking is provisional. After booking, the instalment moves to the booked ones with the "paid" (opłacone) tag.
