For a particular sign-up, write from your profile: the Write to the Office (Napisz do Biura) button in the details of a course, trip or service (or in the account menu) sends a message straight to the Office, and you get the reply by e-mail (Write to the Office).

When to write to the Office

  • The online sign-up list has no date that suits you.
  • Instead of an account number you see "The Office will provide the account number." (Numer konta poda Biuro.).
  • You want to withdraw your consent to health data or to the newsletter.
  • You have run out of space for your files.
  • You want to delete your account.
  • You have a phone number from outside Poland and want to sign a contract.

Complaints

You can file a complaint about equipment in your profile (Services and equipment service). Send complaints about how the website works to biuro@gdyniadive.pl. We handle them within 14 calendar days.
